Neel D. Desai serves as Managing Principal and is responsible for the overall corporate strategic growth of LTD Hospitality, specifically overseeing property management and profitability for the firm's portfolio. His expertise has garnered his inclusion on various Owner's Advisory Councils for the franchise community, including Starwood Hotels and Marriott International. He is also a member of the Young President's Organization (YPO) Virginia Chapter. He obtained a bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from George Mason University and a Master's in Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Old Dominion University. He joined LTD in 1998 and has worked in all facets of hotel operations including accounting, sales and marketing, and revenue management. Beyond his passion for hospitality, Neel enjoys spending time with his family and loves to travel. He has also become an avid runner, most recently completing a half marathon.

Mr. Thakkar serves as Managing Principal with primary responsibility for financial administration and strategy for LTD Hospitality Group, including the management of investor and lender relations for the company. He also is responsible for treasury, risk and tax functions, along with analysis and compliance.
Mr. Thakkar joined LTD in 1998 and has served in a variety of roles, including Operations, Finance and Development. Mr. Thakkar serves on various bank boards and committees throughout the region.
Mr. Thakkar holds degrees from George Washington University (MBA), Thomas Jefferson University (MS), and the College of William and Mary (BA).

Bharat Shah

Bharat Shah oversees all procurement, purchasing, renovation, and construction development for LTD. Bharat has led new build, renovation, and capital projects for LTD since the Company’s inception. Over the course of his 30 year career, Bharat has overseen the construction and renovation of over 30 hotels exceeding a value of over $500 million. Bharat is heavily involved on the front end of each project. He works with his team and clients to provide preconstruction and estimating services, design strategy, and ultimately negotiate an open-book cost plus fee with GMP or lump sum contract agreement. He takes a detailed approach to fully understand the design, budget, and schedule requirements for each new build or renovation project. He then offers a customized strategy to meet the client’s expectations, and aligns the talents of the project team with the project’s goals. Bharat holds a BA in Commerce from India.

Brad Paulik

Brad Paulik is a Pittsburgh, PA native and brings 12 years of facilities expertise to the LTD team. After attending Pitt’s Swanson School of Engineering, Brad worked as Regional Director of Engineering for Pillar Hotels and Resorts where he handled CAPX repairs, remediation, and disaster relief. During this time, Brad’s portfolio included 70 northeastern hotels across all major brands. As LTD’s Corporate Director of Facilities, Brad manages major renovations, PIP upgrades, and emergency capital projects. Brad also works closely with LTD’s General Managers and Chief Engineers to ensure they are complying with brand standards, properly maintaining the facilities, and taking all necessary measures to save energy and comply with OSHA safety standards. Brad is an avid golfer and Corvette enthusiast. He attends several golf outings and car shows per year, all of which support cancer research, Crohn’s disease, and the Boy’s and Girl’s club he attended as a child.

Tony Agnelli is a CPA with nearly 30 years of corporate accounting experience in the retail, distribution and automotive industries. He has a long track record of working with the dynamic management teams of small to medium sized companies to grow their business. He enjoys taking on many diverse roles within a company and has always tried to approach his role with a servant’s heart. Tony is a native of Northern Virginia, a graduate of George Mason University and a DC sports fan. Along with his wife and their four children, they are all very busy with academics, sporting events and church activities. Tony is also a member of the Knights of Columbus and is a golf coach with Virginia Beach Special Olympics.

Jerry Moran is a pragmatic, innovative and passionate human resources professional with 25 years of experience in human resources and organizational development. Coming out of restaurant operations, he earned a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology and has worked in the hospitality and gaming industry with industry leaders like Starwood, Marriott and Hilton hotels as well as Caesars, Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun casinos. He believes that every person has a unique talent, which when matched to the right job, creates a win-win for everybody. Jerry is a supporter of Autism Research and runs marathons to help raise money for the Organization for Autism Research (OAR).

Kimberly Schlick has been a valued part of LTD’s leadership team for the past seventeen years serving in various leadership roles and has made tremendous contributions to the success of the organization. Throughout her tenure, Kim has led the Company’s Sales and Marketing functions with a successful track record of goal achievement and premium market share results. As Senior Vice President of Sales, Kim’s leadership effectively administers the development and implementation of strategic plans and goals that promote continued growth and attainment of revenue objectives for all LTD hotels. Kim started her hospitality career in 1990 with Marriott International holding various management positions in sales and operations for eight years. Kim is actively involved with volunteer roles in her community and athletic organizations that provide youth the mentorship, skill development and sportsmanship of organized activities.

Prakash Rajamani

Prakash Rajamani has served in a variety of roles during his nine year tenure with LTD. Most recently, Prakash is responsible for the financial asset management of the firm’s Starwood portfolio of hotels, comprising 1,043 rooms and representing over $36 million of annual revenue. Prakash brings over eighteen years of capital markets, finance, and business experience to LTD. Prior to joining the firm, Prakash served in executive roles with Starwood Hotels and Resorts and Yum! Brands, Inc. Throughout his career, Prakash has been responsible for oversight of transactions totaling in excess of $250 million. Prakash holds a BA degree in Political Science and History from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, a JD degree from Tulane Law School, and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Rob Sanders oversees all Revenue Management functions for LTD Hospitality Group's portfolio and ensures that strategies are aligned with the vision and direction of the Company. He brings more than 20 years of experience serving in senior and regional sales leadership positions. This exposure offers a unique ability to blend top-level client management and over-arching sales strategy with multi-brand revenue leadership. He's earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and worked with industry leading Hospitality Management Companies representing Marriott, Starwood, Hilton, Choice Hotels, and IHG brands. He's active with Leadership Hampton Roads and continuing executive education programs with Cornell University.

Samantha Bean

Sam Bean is responsible for developing solution based sales development approaches for large volume producing accounts, with a detailed focus on under-performing properties and on-going training of sales related professionals, as well as implementation of portfolio-wide sales strategies. As an award-winning, results-oriented strategic sales and marketing professional, Sam demonstrates strong communication, presentation and motivational skills. She is experienced in all areas of business development, major account sales, account management and associate training. Sam is currently serving a two-year term as Elected President of the Global Business Travel Association-Virginia Chapter and has been a member of the Elected Board of Directors since 2010. She also serves as Administrator of the Communications and Social Media Committee for WINiT (Women in Travel). Sam earned her GBTA Masters Level Certification from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business in 2013; her Global Travel Professional (GTP) designation, as well as her Marriott Access Edge Coach Certification in 2014. An athlete, Sam is an avid long-distance runner, running and raising funds for Team Fisher House and also trains in power-lifting and mixed martial arts.

Tony Parrow is responsible for LTD’s Select Service hotels including P&L accountability, guest service excellence, property performance, including brand relations, and providing strategic direction and leadership to the general managers and their respective hotel management teams. Tony has extensive hospitality management experience in a career spanning over 15 years, operating full and select service hotels for Marriott, Starwood, IHG and Hilton. His experience includes new hotel openings, transitions and renovations. He has been able to consistently improve financial results while building strong operational teams, leading to a number of honors and awards for the hotels under his leadership. Tony currently leads the LTD Hospitality Advisory Council and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Since 2010, Tony works as an adjunct instructor for the Hospitality & Institutional Management program of Tidewater Community College.

Hillary Eckardt is responsible for overseeing the legal affairs of LTD, including employee relations, contractual obligations, and compliance.  Hillary has a diverse background, including experience working as a business analyst for a Fortune 500 Company and practicing management-side employment law in California, where she focused on defending against claims of discrimination and harassment.  Hillary earned her JD from Loyola Law School with honors, and she is a member of the Order of the Coif.  Hillary also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.

Jopa Werner

Jopa Werner is LTD’s Corporate Director of Human Resources.  Jopa has continued to advance at LTD, starting in 2009 as a Construction Administrator and holding various HR positions since that time, including Generalist, Payroll Manager, and Executive Administrator.  Jopa’s depth of knowledge is invaluable as she now has primary responsibility for overseeing payroll and benefits administration, providing guidance on HR issues at all LTD-managed properties, assessing organizational needs, and implementing processes and procedures that increase efficiency, productivity, communication and employee satisfaction.   
  Jopa received her associate degree in Office Technology from Commonwealth College and is diligently working towards her PHR Certifications.
